Why this is really good UX:

- REVOLVE's NPS survey works well for both new and returning customers since it's asking for feedback on the shopping experience itself.
- The concise copy and the minimal action required on the part of the shoppers make it simple for customers to click on their scores and submit, creating little friction in the post-shopping experience.
