Design spotlight: Chargify's simple feedback request modal

Chargify is a billing and revenue management product made specifically for B2B SaaS companies. Like all good products, Chargify is constantly evolving. During recent improvements, the team at Chargify used Appcues to create a modal that would let users know about upcoming changes and give them a chance to provide feedback.

Things we like about this ReallyGood modal:

• Clean, minimal design that keeps the focus on the copy and CTA button.
• Branded design and colors that look native to the Chargify product.
• A single, prominent call-to-action—it's clear where users are supposed to click and what will happen when they do.
• It accomplishes 2 important things at once—communicating upcoming changes, and giving users an opportunity to easily provide product feedback
